Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, we gladly offer store credit for eligible returns.

Return Options

We offer:

  • 110% Store Credit on all approved returns

  • Store credit has no expiry date and can be used at any time online

  • No refunds are provided to the original payment method

  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit


Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • With all original tags attached

We will not accept items with:

  • Makeup or deodorant marks

  • Stains, perfume, or body odor

  • Signs of wear or damage

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not issue return labels or cover shipping fees.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@houseofpacheco.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please email hello@houseofpacheco.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting images.

Please note:

  • Faulty items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Damage caused by wear and tear, improper care, or accidents will not be considered a fault

  • Faulty items reported more than 14 days after delivery may be assessed on a case-by-case basis

Items sold as ‘faulty’ in exclusive sales are final sale and not eligible for return or credit.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
